Return & Exchange Policy

We pride ourselves in manufacturing quality orthopedic dog bed and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. There are occasions where a return or exchange may be necessary.

Period:
All returns and exchanges must be received by Laika design within one hundred eighty (30) days of shipment to you.


Fees:
Exchanges: No fee apply.
Only the first exchange is free. For all other exchange we will charge a 15% restocking fee. Customer pays for shipping the dog bed back to Laika Design, and we will ship the exchanged item back but shipping fees apply.

If you return an item that has been used or damaged in any way, Laika design reserves the right to allow an exchange, and to charge a 15% restocking fee, or to refuse an exchange of the item (see Policies & Rules, below).

Policies & Rules:

Laika Design is unable to exchange or return any dog bed, bed cover, mat, crate pad that comes back and is found to be dirty, has dog hair on it, smells of dog, stained, damaged, abused or show signs of uses. Laika Design would not be able to credit you back for this item.
All returns and exchange have to be authorized first by Laika design before shipping back the item. To receive a authorisation #, go on Contact Us page on the web site and send us an email with the invoice number and date.

Customer is responsible for shipping any return or exchange item back to Laika Design. Returns or exchanges sent to us COD will be refused. (In the event that the return or exchange is due to our error (i.e., you receive an incorrect or defective item), we will refund you the cost of shipping the item back to us.)
Returns or exchanges must be received within ten (10) days business days from the date that the Authorisation number (A#) is issued.

Any return/exchange that does not comply with these Policies and Rules will be returned to sender, and no credits will be issued.
Laika Design reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to interpret and apply these Policies and Rules to all exchanges and returns.


Doggie Damage
Laika Design cannot be responsible for items that have been ruined by your destructive dog or puppy. Our products we sell are durable, but are not indestructible. Before ordering, choose carefully depending on the age and behaviour of your dog or puppy.
